2. Payment on this order was made in full.
3. A notice that the order was cancelled for "non-payment" was received.
Said notice falsely stated that my PayPal account was NOT charged.
4. PayPal has confirmed that Buy.com has received payment,
5. My messages to buy.com to clear this up have not elicited response.
6. A complaint has been filed with PayPal.
7. The order must be shipped within 24 hours to my address on file with Buy.com,
PayPal, and my credit card company.
8. After dozens of calls & messages, Buy.com sent me a stock answer saying
"We will credit you within 5 - 7 days."
9. So my dad's father's day gift from me is ruined. Civil action is pending. And
this site will turn in to buy.comSucks
11.After paying in full, I (AGAIN) received a message from buy.com saying my
second order was cancelled for "Non Payment." (Even though I had paid in full.)
12.I called their California "customer service" number to complain, and reached
a man who spoke very poor English at a "call-center" in New Delhi, India.
13.I have again filed a complaint with PatyPal. I have NOT received a refund!
THE MESSAGE HERE FOR ALL ONLINE SHOPPERS:
DO NOT TRUST BUY.COM or any business, including PAYPAL, who deals with them.
